1. ZAGREB - ISTANBUL - NEW DELHI

Meeting of travelers with the tour leader at Zagreb Airport 2 hours before the aircraft departure. Check-in and departure to Istanbul at 09:25 on flight TK1054 (Turkish Airlines). Arrival in Istanbul at 13:45 local time, and continuation of the flight to Delhi on flight TK716 (Turkish Airlines) at 20:50. Arrival in Delhi at 05:20 local time. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and accommodation in rooms.

2. DELHI

After breakfast, departure for a tour of Delhi, the Indian capital with more than 20 million inhabitants and an urban tradition older than three millennia. Today, Delhi, together with the new part New Delhi, is a multi-million city that never sleeps. It was the center of numerous cultures and empires that succeeded each other in India, each leaving its monuments. We will begin the tour in the old part of the city: the Red Fort, built of red sandstone on the banks of the Yamuna River, the work of ruler Shah Jahan. The Red Fort is a complex of fortifications of the Mughal ruler Shah Jahan from the 16th century. The fort served as the royal residence of the Mughal rulers until 1857 when the British expelled the last ruler; then the unmissable Jama Masjid mosque, one of the largest in India, the work of Shah Jahan, the same ruler who created the Taj Mahal, built in the mid-17th century and one of the most beautiful examples of Mughal architecture. After visiting this mosque, you will have the opportunity to experience a rickshaw ride through one of the oldest and busiest bazaars, Chandni Chowk, with a maze of narrow streets and shops selling almost everything, from curries to diamonds; We will pass by Kotla Firoz Shah, the ruins of an old 14th-century fortress on top of which stands the Ashoka pillar from the 3rd century BC symbolizing the spread of Buddhism across the Indian subcontinent. An obligatory stop is Raj Ghat - the memorial to the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi. After the tour, return to the hotel, dinner and overnight.

3. DELHI - AGRA

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and continuation of the city tour. We begin with New Delhi, the new part of the city designed by the British Lutyens and Sir Herbert Baker in 1931. Conceived as a city garden of symmetrical streets and wide parks, New Delhi very much resembles Europe. Tombs, mausoleums, avenues, summer houses and shaded alleys are all remnants of the British vision of India. We will visit the brightly colored Hindu temple Lakshmi Narayan as well as the fascinating Sikh temple - Gurudwara Bangla Sahib. Visiting this temple will be a somewhat different experience. We will have the opportunity to sit in the prayer hall with local worshippers, and we will walk around and see how the community kitchen operates within the temple. This public kitchen distributes between 30,000 and 40,000 free meals every day to people of all faiths. Drive past India Gate, a monument to the victims of World War I, the Presidential Palace, the Parliament building (Rashtrapati Bhavan) and the Secretariat - buildings that are an interesting blend of Victorian architecture and 20th-century architecture. Then visit the mausoleum of Emperor Humayun, a beautiful structure of red sandstone and white marble from 1562, the first example of Mughal architecture in India that inspired the construction of the much more famous Taj Mahal. After the tour, drive to Agra, a former Indian capital whose mausoleums, fortress and palaces testify to the wealth of the legendary Mughal Empire. 4. AGRA

After breakfast, visit one of the 7 wonders of the world - the Taj Mahal - the fascinating white marble mausoleum from the 17th century that the great Mughal Shah Jahan had built in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The construction of this magnificent monument of love, a masterpiece of Mughal architecture, lasted 22 years, with around-the-clock work by over 20,000 highly paid master craftsmen and workers. After visiting the Taj Mahal, we will tour Agra Fort, a masterpiece of design and construction that today dominates the center of Agra. The fort is surrounded by 20-meter-high walls, and within its elegant interior are numerous palaces, chambers, reception halls, gardens and the Pearl Mosque. Next is a visit to the tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daulah, also known as the "Baby Taj". Return to the hotel. Dinner and overnight

5. AGRA - FATEHPUR SIKRI - JAIPUR

After breakfast, drive to Jaipur. On the way, a stop to visit another Indian monument on the UNESCO World Heritage list - Fatehpur Sikri, the so-called Ghost City, which was built in 1569 during the reign of Akbar the Great as the new capital of the Empire, and for political reasons was abandoned 14 years later. During British India, the city served as an administrative center. The city, surrounded by 17-meter-high walls, is adorned with beautiful palaces, mausoleums, mosques, pools and gardens. This is the first planned city built by the Mughal rulers in India, and we will explore the wondrous architectural mix of Indian, Persian and Islamic architecture by visiting the most famous sights: Buland Darwaza, Akbar's palace, Panch Mahal and the nearby still-used mosque. Continue driving to the heart of Rajasthan, Jaipur, the "pink city" full of beautiful palaces, forts and picturesque avenues. Upon arrival, check in and accommodation at the hotel. Dinner and overnight.

6. JAIPUR

After breakfast, drive to Amber Fort. On the way to the fort, stop and time for photos at the beautiful Hawa Mahal or "Palace of Winds". Elephant ride up to the hill on which the fort stands (depending on elephant availability). The beauty of this classic romantic Rajasthani fort hides within its walls with beautifully painted miniatures, ivory and mirror decorations. Inside the walls are majestic palaces, temples and gardens. The mixture of pink stone, white marble, mirrors, semi-precious stones and frescoes dates back to the rule of the Rajput dynasty. In the afternoon, city tour: City Palace, the former royal residence, today partly converted into a museum. The palace itself covers almost 1/7 of the area of Jaipur. Next, visit the Jantar Mantar observatory (UNESCO), built of marble and stone, where Sawai Jai Singh II in the early 18th century built as many as 19 instruments for tracking the stars, including the world's largest perfectly precise sundial, and all of them still function perfectly today. Return to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight

7. JAIPUR - DELHI

After breakfast, free time until check-out from the hotel and departure by coach to Delhi. Upon arrival, visit the Lotus Temple, the temple of all religions, built in the shape of a lotus flower. Then visit the Qutub Minar tower, built in the 13th century, which at 72.5 meters is the second tallest minaret in India and rightfully on the UNESCO list and is one of the city's most popular tourist attractions. Accommodation in a hotel in Delhi. Dinner and overnight.

8. DELHI - ISTANBUL - ZAGREB

Check-out from the hotel with a packed breakfast (breakfast box). Organized transfer to the airport and check-in for the flight to Istanbul at 07:00 on flight TK717 (Turkish Airlines). Arrival in Istanbul is scheduled for 11:35 local time, and the continuation of the flight to Zagreb at 18:50 on flight TK1055 (Turkish Airlines). Arrival in Zagreb is scheduled for 19:00 Croatian time.
