DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL: a valid passport or identity card. Passengers who are not Croatian citizens and do not have Croatian travel documents are advised to personally inquire about the country they are traveling to and the requirements that must be met for travel to that country before paying for the arrangement. Foreign nationals are obliged to obtain information themselves about the documents required for entry into a particular country from their home Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the embassy of the country they are traveling to. Invalid travel documents or a visa refusal, resulting in cancellation of the trip, do not oblige the agency and the published cancellation terms apply.

FINAL TRAVEL NOTICE: you will receive it 5–7 days before departure, which will state the departure/arrival time, additional useful information, contact details of the representative and the phone number of the representative who will be available to Palmi guests 24 hours. If you do not receive the final letter within the period mentioned above, please make sure to contact the sales office where you paid for the trip.
