MAKADI SPA HOTEL

LOCATION: Makadi Spa Hotel is located directly on a private beach, with a stunning coral reef (we recommend water shoes). The beach promenade connects it with nearby RED SEA HOTELS – MAKADI PALACE, GRAND WATERWORLD MAKADI and GRAND MAKADI. Transfer time from the airport is approximately 35 minutes.

FACILITIES: Makadi Spa Hotel successfully combines elements from Cairo’s British period and Arab-Byzantine architecture and is designed as a peaceful and relaxing oasis. The concept continues in the elegant furnishings of 282 suites and junior suites. In the reception area with oriental touches, besides the reception desk there is a modern conference center and a bar with a beautiful view of the pool. The hotel complex’s exterior is completed by two freshwater pools (one is heated in winter). The pool bar invites you to relax with a drink, and the infinity pool offers a wonderful view of the Red Sea. Sunbeds, mattresses and umbrellas are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach. Bath towels are provided in the room. The gourmet offer is complemented by numerous à la carte restaurants, such as the excellent Shimmer’s with a dreamy view and the buffet restaurant The World. On the beach promenade fresh fish is served daily at the Maricos restaurant. To end the day we recommend relaxing with a drink at the Americano bar or Vanilla lounge.

ROOMS: All rooms are spacious with a large double bed and are spread over five floors. Junior Suite (DZJ/EZJ) with a separate seating area is equipped with shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (seasonal), satellite LCD TV, safe, telephone, mini bar (one complimentary soft drink) and facilities for making coffee or tea. Balcony or terrace with a partial sea, pool or garden view. Grand Suite (DSD) is equally equipped, with a separate living room and a sea or pool view. Suite with pool (DSU) is equally equipped and has a terrace with its own small pool, parasol and sunbeds.

SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: Makadi Spa is synonymous with peace and relaxation. Enjoy guided yoga, stretching or water aerobics. For a fee: tennis, football and fitness at the Makadi Mall arcade. In the evenings sister hotels offer a varied entertainment program with live music, shows and dance. The promenade provides access to the Aquarius diving school.

ALL INCLUSIVE: The hotel offers all inclusive services with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Local non-alcoholic drinks are available 24 hours, local alcoholic drinks from 10:00 to 24:00. At extra charge: freshly squeezed fruit juices, coffee specialties, imported alcoholic drinks, room service, alcoholic drinks in the mini bar.

FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Breakfast selection: extensive buffet breakfast in The World and The Cove restaurants. Early breakfast at the lobby bar. Lunch offering: buffet with international dishes at The Cove restaurant. À la carte menus are served at Mariscos and grilled dishes at Chill Out restaurant. Dinner: international buffet dinner at The World restaurant. With reservation an à la carte dinner is possible at the fish restaurant Maricos, Italian restaurant Casa Romana, oriental restaurant Le Pasha, Spanish restaurant La Taberna Espagnol and steaks at Parilla restaurant. Japanese and Chinese specialties are served at Mandarin restaurant. Show cooking at Mandarin restaurant for an extra charge. Reservations are required for all à la carte restaurants.

Opening hours between 18:00 and 21:00. Table reservation required at the hotel reception between 10:00 and 12:00 or at the Makadi Mall reception between 17:30 and 21:30. Drinks in all Makadi Mall restaurants are charged extra.

DURING DINNER A SUITABLE DRESS CODE IS RECOMMENDED (LONG TROUSERS, SHIRT, BLOUSE, SHOES, ETC.). WEARING THE ALL INCLUSIVE WRISTBAND IS MANDATORY.
