LOCATION: Hotel Makadi Palace is located directly on its own wide sandy beach, 30 kilometres south of Hurghada in Makadi Bay. The wide private beach and breathtaking coral reef invite carefree snorkeling in a colorful underwater world (water shoes recommended). A beautiful promenade along the beach passes nearby RED SEA hotels MAKADI SPA, GRAND WATERWORLD MAKADI and GRAND MAKADI. Transfer time from the airport is approximately 35 minutes.

FACILITIES: In the hotel's reception area, surrounded by lush vegetation, there is a reception (free wireless internet) and a lobby bar (for a supplement). The spacious property has 511 rooms and features an attractive pool complex and a separate children's pool. Sun loungers, pads and parasols are available free of charge. Bath towels are provided free of charge in the room. The pool complex is surrounded by Arab-style restaurants: Tai Garden with Far Eastern specialties (partly for a supplement), Discovery Restaurant with a rich selection of salads and international dishes (partly for a supplement), Rendezvous with midday snacks. In the garden is the Botanical Garden restaurant with Mediterranean specialties (partly for a supplement). Joker lounge bar and Stan Getz Piano Bar invite guests with an entertaining evening program and live music. The elegant restaurants Dome and Melange offer tasty buffet dishes, while Sunset and Rendezvous serve midday snacks. Mini market and shops by the beach.

ROOMS: junior suite (DZJ/EZJ) is standardly equipped with a minibar (for a supplement), satellite TV, telephone, safe, shower or bathtub, WC, hairdryer, air conditioning (seasonal), comfortable corner seating, balcony or terrace. Junior suite with garden or pool view (DJG/DJP) are equally equipped and measure approximately 45 square meters. Occupancy: 2 adults and 1 child, single rooms are not available. Big junior suite (DBJ/EBJ) is equipped the same as the junior suite and is slightly larger. Occupancy for junior suite and big junior suite: maximum 2 adults and 2 children (double bed and extra bed). Grand suite (DSD) comprises two bedrooms and a large bathroom with an additional shower. Occupancy: maximum 3 adults and 1 child or 2 adults and 2 children. When accommodating three or more persons the room has a double bed and additional beds.

SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: Table tennis, beach volleyball, aerobics, water gymnastics, water polo, sports activities, games and competitions. Daytime entertainment program and live music in the evenings. For a supplement: six lit and unlit tennis courts and a football pitch, access to Makadi fitness and massages. On the beach is the Aquarius diving centre.
